Katherine du Vallon BSc CA
Katherine is the managing Director of abc corporate development, a chartered accountant, and accredited trainer with over 17 years experience in financial management, project management, strategic business planning, risk management and corporate governance.
Katherine specialises in the provision of training and workshop facilitation, project management, strategic planning, business planning, financial management & control, business and operational review.
Katherine has successfully delivered a wide variety of business and organisational development projects in the Northern Territory for the following government bodies and agencies:
- Tourism NT
- Indigenous Business Australia;
- Office of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health;
- Department of Local Government Housing and Sport;
- Department of Regional Development, Primary Industry, Fisheries and Resources

Andrew Bald BE
Andrew is an abc corporate development consultant with over 16 yrs experience in investment banking, specialising in structured risk management products, and 11 years experience in small business and corporate advisory roles assisting a range of companies including small, start up companies involved in a range of industries from vineyards, forest plantation, internet and wind farms to ASX listed public companies.
Andrew specialises in corporate finance advice, assisting small companies with their business planning, corporate structuring, information memorandums and prospectuses (for raising capital) and ultimately listing on the ASX. In addition Andrew has also been involved extensively with state and federal agencies with respect to gaining approvals and government grants.
Johnathan Cooper BA
Johnathan is an abc corporate development consultant and highly skilled trainer with extensive exposure to indigenous communities and their challenges. Johnathan has worked in the Northern Territory for 17 years in the areas of education, community controlled arts and event management and indigenous health administration.
Johnathan has spent a number of years in indigenous health administration in Maningrida in the Northern Territory where he provided ‘hands on, on the job’ corporate governance, administration and business planning training to the indigenous board members and staff, implementing and developing the capacity building and mentoring model of indigenous health board management.
Angela Kent BA
With over 15 years experience in the tourism industry, Ange Kent has a diverse background from Senior Management to Tour Guiding with a resume comprising co-operative marketing, preferred partner agreements’ negotiations, budget management, staff recruitment, training, performance management, operational procedures development, website design and product development.
In 2001, Ange completed a Post Graduate in Ecotourism that further enhanced her belief in creating an industry that is sustainable and promotes responsible tourism.
In 2007, Ange founded Inner Journey Expeditions, an experiential adventure tour service to Vietnam and Laos. This venture utilises local tour operators, guides and local goods and services wherever feasible to ensure local communities benefit financially and to support the continuation of traditional culture.
